Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including understanding hiring requirements, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback tracking, and offer follow-up.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, maintain timely communication, and support efficient closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, skilled networks, referrals, and other relevant sourcing channels.
- Ensure accurate recruitment documentation and provide regular updates on candidate progress, hiring status,



and joining timelines.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and prompt coordination throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a closely related hiring function.
- Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Applicants must be immediate joiners.
- Candidates from any industry may apply, provided they meet the experience and joining requirements.

The role is full-time and based in Mumbai. The compensation range is ₹3.5–5 LPA, commensurate with relevant experience and capabilities.
