Position: Network AdministratorExperience: 6 - 9 YearsShift Timings: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST or 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM ISTLocation: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, PuneJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Network Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Prisma solutions, and enterprise networking. The candidate will be responsible for firewall administration, network security, routing and switching, VPN connectivity, troubleshooting, and day-to-day network operations.Must-Have Skills:- 6 - 9 years of experience in network administration, network engineering, or network security.- Mandatory hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Prisma solutions.- Solid knowledge of routing and switching, including TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, and static routing.- Experience with firewall policy configuration, NAT, VPN, and network troubleshooting.- Experience with Panorama, PAN-OS,



and GlobalProtect/Prisma Access/Prisma SD-WAN.- Excellent communication skills.- Willingness to work in either of the specified shifts.Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama.- Configure and manage firewall policies, NAT rules, routing, security profiles, and access controls.- Support Prisma solutions, VPN connectivity, and secure remote access.- Monitor network performance, firewall traffic, and security events.- Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and application access issues.- Perform firewall upgrades, configuration backups, policy reviews, and security remediation.- Investigate network incidents and perform root-cause analysis.- Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and application teams.- Maintain network documentation and follow incident and change-management procedures.Good-to-Have Skills:- Palo Alto PCNSA or PCNSE certification.- Experience with other firewall technologies such as Fortinet, Check Point, or Cisco ASA.- Exposure to AWS/Azure networking, Zero Trust, and SASE architectures.- Experience with network monitoring and packet-analysis tools.- Experience supporting life sciences projects.
