Responsibilities
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers and respond to their questions through appropriate communication channels.
- Understand customer needs, coordinate internally to resolve concerns, and provide timely updates until closure.
- Support onboarding, product adoption, follow-ups, and routine account engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, requests, feedback, and resolutions.
- Identify recurring customer challenges and share useful insights with relevant teams.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience while meeting service quality and response-time expectations.
Requirements
- Suitable for freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience in customer success, customer support, client servicing, sales support, or a related area.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polite, solution-focused approach.
- Good listening, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort with learning new products, processes, and customer management tools.
- Ability to work full-time from the Pune office and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
The role offers a monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹22,000 and is intended for motivated professionals who enjoy helping customers and building long-term relationships.
