Flipshope is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, market research, and other prospecting activities.
- Identify prospective schools and educational institutions, connect with decision-makers, and schedule product demonstrations.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, product presentations, and solution discussions to understand customer requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closure, and handover.
- Build long-term relationships with institutional clients and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
- Keep accurate records of leads, meetings, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding of current customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets while contributing market feedback to the team.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, field sales, B2B sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, client meetings, product demonstrations, and relationship building.
- A self-motivated, target-oriented approach and willingness to travel for client visits.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS or software sales, EdTech, ERP solutions, or institutional sales is an advantage.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
- This full-time field-and-office role is based in Jaipur and offers a monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000, along with performance incentives and career growth opportunities.
