Key Responsibilities : - Lead the planning and execution of Azure data engineering projects from inception to completion.- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define project scope and deliverables.- Ensure quality control and best practices in data engineering processes.- Support the team in the design, development, and implementation of data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses.- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Azure technologies.Skills and Tools Required : - Extensive experience in data engineering and project management,



ideally with a focus on Azure.- Robust proficiency with Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Database.- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Scala.- Knowledge of big data technologies and data modeling techniques.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Project management tools experience (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello).- Relevant certifications in Azure Data Engineering or Project Management would be a plus.
