You will work across the full stack of ML/AI, from classical ML and MLOps to Agentic AI and RAG architectures.Mandatory Skills : - Python : Production-grade, clean, modular code.- Classical ML & MLOps : End-to-end ownership (feature engineering, training, deployment, monitoring, CI/CD).- Agentic AI Engineering : Multi-agent systems, tool use, orchestration (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).- Execution Platforms : Hands-on experience with Databricks, AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker), or Azure (AI Foundry,



Azure OpenAI).- Foundation Model Engineering : Fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), prompt engineering, drift management.- RAG Architecture : Document ingestion, chunking, vector store integration, re-ranking.- Vector Databases : Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Milvus.- LLM Evaluation : RAGAS, TruLens, DeepEval, golden set benchmarking.- AI Governance : Model observability, audit trails, bias risk management.Key Responsibilities : - Own end-to-end ML pipeline design and MLOps standards.- Architect and build multi-agent systems for complex business workflows.- Select and fine-tune foundation models; manage prompt-to-model drift.- Design retrieval systems (naive RAG, hybrid, Graph RAG) and manage vector database performance.- Define evaluation frameworks for LLM/Agentic solutions.- Provide technical leadership : mentor engineers, set engineering standards, and represent the team in client conversations.Education : - Graduates only.
