Relations Executive to help recruit senior professionals and
decision-makers to attend ISMG’s high-profile events, summits, and
webinars. In this role, you’ll connect directly with C‑Suite
executives and senior leaders in the B2B technology and
cybersecurity sectors, ensuring they are engaged and excited to
participate If you are confident, articulate, and motivated to grow

Be Doing Reach out to C-Level and senior executives via phone,
email, and LinkedIn to invite them to ISMG’s events, webinars, and
summits. Clearly communicate event details, answer questions, and
highlight the value of participation. Achieve daily and weekly
outreach and registration targets.



Guide and support delegates
through the event registration process to ensure a positive
experience. Keep accurate records of outreach and attendee details
in ISMG’s CRM system. Drive attendance on the day of the event by
confirming and following up with registered delegates. What You
Bring to the Table 1–2 years of experience in delegate recruitment,
inside sales, customer service, or a similar role (freshers with
robust communication skills may also be considered). Strong verbal
and written English communication skills with confidence in
engaging senior professionals. Polite, professional phone etiquette
and ability to build rapport quickly. Proficiency in MS Excel and
basic CRM/database management. Ability to multitask, stay
organized, and meet daily/weekly targets. A positive,
