The Role

Lead a cluster of copywriters and shape communication strategy for a diverse client portfolio, working closely with Design, Performance, SEO, Social, Strategy, and Client Servicing teams. Ideal for a Senior Copywriter ready for leadership who pairs strong craft with smart, responsible use of AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret client briefs, build communication strategies, and present concepts to clients
- Write across ads, websites, landing pages, blogs, emailers, social, WhatsApp, and video scripts
- Work with designers to deliver integrated campaigns
- Track copy performance (CTR, CPL, conversions, engagement) and iterate through A/B tests with Performance Marketing
- Supervise and mentor copywriters; maintain brand tone and editorial standards
- Serve clients across Real Estate, Healthcare, BFSI, Education, Manufacturing, Retail, SaaS,



and Consumer Brands
- Manage multiple projects and deliver on timelines

AI in Your Workflow

- Use AI for research, ideation, first drafts, ad-copy variants, SEO briefs, repurposing, and editing, and own the final output
- Write structured prompts (role, context, audience, tone, constraints, format, examples) and build a reusable team prompt library
- Train your team on prompting and set AI usage guidelines for your cluster
- Tools (examples): Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Jasper, Semrush, Surfer SEO, Grammarly, Descript, Notion AI
- Non-negotiables: never enter confidential client data into public tools, fact-check every claim, ensure originality, and follow sector regulations (Healthcare, BFSI, RERA)

What We’re Looking For

- 3-5 years of copywriting with a strong digital campaign portfolio
- Solid grasp of branding, digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy
- Excellent English and solid storytelling
- Demonstrated, practical use of AI in a professional copy workflow
- Experience mentoring junior copywriters
- Strong presentation skills; creative, detail-oriented, and proactive
