Holiday & Visa Advisor

Zanaya Holidays is looking for a passionate and experienced Holiday & Visa Advisor – Sales Executive to join our growing travel team in Kochi.

The ideal candidate should have experience in holiday package sales, customer handling, and visa processing. Candidates must have good destination knowledge and the ability to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Responsibilities:

- Handle holiday and visa inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins
- Sell international holiday packages and customized tours
- Guide customers with travel planning, budgeting, and itinerary suggestions
- Assist clients with visa documentation and application procedures
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and tour operators
- Provide excellent customer service before and after travel
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Destination Knowledge Required:

- UAE / Dubai
- Europe
- Thailand
- Bali
- Malaysia
- Singapore
- Maldives




- Other international holiday destinations

Visa Knowledge Preferred:

- UAE Visit Visa
- Schengen Visa
- USA Visa
- UK Visa
- Global Tourist Visas

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years experience in travel & tourism industry
- Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Knowledge in itinerary preparation and quotations
- Ability to manage customers professionally
- Computer knowledge and social media handling skills preferred
