We are looking for a passionate and well-spoken In Store Fashion Designer & Sales Consultant to join our Menswear Showroom in Gurugram by the name Narov located in sector 54 summit plaza .
This role blends creative design sensibility with client-facing sales, ideal for someone who understands luxury menswear, fabrics, and styling, and enjoys working directly with customers.
Key Accountabilities
1. Client Styling & Sales
- Assist clients in selecting menswear outfits, fabrics for weddings, occasions, and events
- Provide personalized styling and design consultation
- Drive in-store sales and customer experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
2. Design & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated with latest trends in men’s fashion and bridal couture
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of international fabrics, garments, and construction
- Assist in custom design requirements and alterations
- Contribute to design ideas aligned with brand aesthetics
3. Store & Brand Support
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation
- Assist in digital marketing efforts (social media, client engagement)
- Ensure a premium and seamless customer experience
Candidate Profile
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute
- Strong understanding of:
- Men’s luxury fashion & Suits.
- Fabrics, silhouettes, and garment construction
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Customer-focused with a polished and professional personality
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Keen eye for details, fit and finish.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury retail / couture / menswear
- Interest or experience in digital marketing & social media
- Proven expertise in designing a collection.
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Portfolio of work showcasing range of works
