We’re hiring a full-time video editor at ScaleBrandsLab.
Fully remote, with a starting salary of ₹20,000/month (₹2.4 LPA) and pay increases over time based on performance.
You should be comfortable with Adobe Premiere Pro, editing both long-form and short-form videos, and adapting to different editing styles. Good pacing, storytelling, clean captions, basic text animations and motion graphics, and attention to audio and detail are key.
You’ll edit varied client projects, including turning long-form podcasts into short clips, with opportunities to learn and grow. We’re looking for someone who can follow references and feedback, communicate clearly, and meet turnaround timelines.
