Overview

Provide domain consulting leadership across the Claims function, with a primary focus on Auto/Motor Claims, supporting business and technology transformation initiatives. Facilitate workshops, define and validate requirements, and provide advisory support on claims processes, operating models, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

- Provide domain consulting leadership across the Claims function
- Facilitate workshops and define and validate requirements
- Provide advisory support on claims processes, operating models, and industry best practices




- Drive Automation opportunities by identifying operational inefficiencies

Requirements

- 15+ years of hands-on experience in Auto/Motor Claims Operations
- Proven experience working with carriers, TPAs, adjusters, repair networks, legal teams, insureds, claimants, and broker servicing teams
- Proven experience in Personal Auto and Commercial Auto claims, handling bodily injury, third-party liability, collision, property damage, uninsured/ underinsured motorist, and total loss claims
