We are looking for an experienced Upwork Specialist / Business Development Executive who can help us generate software development projects through Upwork.
We already have an established Top Rated Upwork profile with $50K+ earnings, and now want someone dedicated to scaling this channel consistently.
What You’ll Do• Search and identify high-quality projects on Upwork every day
- Send highly personalized and relevant proposals
- Focus on projects related to:
- ERP & CRM Development
- Custom Web Applications
- Full-Stack Development
- Mobile App Development
- Transport / Logistics / Fleet Management Systems
- AI & Business Automation
- React / Next.js / Laravel / Node.js projects
• Understand client requirements before applying
- Write strong customized proposals instead of copy-paste bids
- Handle initial client conversations professionally
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects
- Maintain a daily tracker of jobs applied, replies,
interviews and conversions
- Continuously improve proposal strategy based on results
What We’re Looking For• Previous experience generating software projects through Upwork is strongly preferred
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Good understanding of software development services
- Ability to understand technical project requirements
- Strong proposal-writing and client communication skills
- Experience working with IT/software companies or agencies is preferred
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with daily KPIs
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Performance ExpectationsWe are not looking for someone who simply sends a large number of generic proposals.
The objective is to identify the right opportunities, generate replies, get interviews, schedule qualified meetings and help us close software development projects.
