With a strong network of over 2,000 travel trade partners and international tourism partnerships, we are expanding our operations team and looking for an experienced, motivated Senior Reservation Executive to join our Gorakhpur head office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage international and domestic hotel reservations, holiday packages, and travel bookings.
- Handle FIT, GIT, family, luxury, and corporate travel reservations.
- Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, suppliers, and travel partners.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, package costing, and booking confirmations.
- Negotiate competitive rates and ensure timely confirmation of services.
- Manage booking amendments, cancellations, refunds, and supplier follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate reservation records, payment schedules, and booking documentation.
- Coordinate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Resolve booking-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure timely responses to customer and B2B partner enquiries.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a travel agency, tour operator, DMC, or travel management company.




- Strong knowledge of international destinations, hotel reservations, and holiday packages.
- Practical experience handling FIT/GIT reservations and supplier coordination.
- Positive understanding of travel portals, B2B booking systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings independently under deadlines.
- Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in international outbound travel operations will be preferred.
