We are seeking a Senior Executive to lead the Credit Control function within our Insurance P&C; vertical. The role requires fluency in Spanish to manage collections, cash application, and dispute resolution for our Spanish‑speaking client base, ensuring timely cash flow and compliance with policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

- Oversee end‑to‑end credit control activities for Spanish‑language accounts.
- Manage collections, cash application, and reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with underwriting and underwriting finance to assess credit risk.
- Resolve payment disputes and liaise with customers in Spanish.
- Monitor aging reports and implement action plans to reduce DSO.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present credit control performance metrics to senior management.
- Support process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
- Train and mentor junior team members on credit control best practices.




- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (billing, finance, claims) to streamline cash flow.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in credit control, collections, or cash application.
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) with robust business communication skills.
- Hands‑on experience with insurance P&C; credit processes preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Indian financial regulations and insurance industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and handle high‑pressure situations.
