We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and production SaaS deployments across Microsoft Azure and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Build, maintain, and enhance automated CI/CD pipelines for application development, testing, security scanning, and production deployments.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS and EKS) for containerized applications and microservices.
- Manage Docker-based containerization, Helm charts, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployments, scaling, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, security, and performance of SaaS environments.
- Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, secrets management, encryption, network security, and vulnerability remediation.
- Establish monitoring, logging,



and alerting using Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, deployment, and production performance issues.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, security, and product engineering teams.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs while maintaining performance and reliability.
- Support multi-tenant SaaS deployments and customer-hosted cloud environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience.
- Robust production experience with both Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), Docker, and Helm.
- Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, and private networking.
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with GitOps, automated deployment strategies, and release management.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, RBAC, secrets management,



and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience supporting production SaaS applications, including incident response, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with enterprise cybersecurity, IAM, IGA, or PAM platforms.
- Experience with hybrid-cloud and customer-managed deployments.
- Knowledge of Azure SQL, SQL Server, managed databases, and messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Experience with container security scanning, vulnerability management, and software supply chain security.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and enterprise security compliance requirements.
- Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certifications.
