This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys variety and can move quickly from concept to execution. You’ll work closely with our US-based Marketing team and teams across VitalEdge to bring campaigns and programs to market while helping maintain a strong, consistent brand across every channel.
We’re looking for someone with strong creative judgment who understands marketing and can turn a campaign brief or rough idea into polished work ready to perform in market.
Responsibilities
Campaign and digital creative
· Design creative for integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social, web, demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, and sales enablement.
· Develop campaign concepts and visual systems that scale across channels, audiences, products, and asset types.
· Create digital advertising including static, animated, GIF, HTML5, display, and retargeting assets.
· Design social graphics, email creative, landing page assets, campaign templates, and other digital content.
· Work directly with Marketing stakeholders to understand campaign goals and translate messaging into strong visual creative.
· Adapt and version creative for different audiences, markets, products, and channels while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
· Create reusable campaign kits that allow Marketing teams to extend approved creative across channels without starting from scratch.
Print and marketing collateral
· Design brochures, one-pagers, customer stories, reports, advertisements, direct mail, flyers, product materials, sales collateral, and other marketing assets.
· Turn complex product and industry information into clear, easy-to-understand visual content.
· Prepare production-ready files for professional print, including sizing, bleeds, color, resolution, and vendor specifications.
· Support ongoing campaign and field marketing needs with polished, on-brand materials.
· Coordinate with print and production vendors as needed to ensure quality and accurate execution.
PowerPoint and presentations
· Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for sales, customers, partners, webinars, product launches, campaigns, training, and events.
· Turn written content, product messaging, data, and business concepts into clear visual stories.
· Build and maintain branded PowerPoint templates, slide libraries, diagrams, charts, and reusable components.
· Use animation, transitions, video, and other visual elements appropriately.
· Help teams improve presentation quality while maintaining consistent brand standards.
· Maintain self-service PowerPoint resources so teams can create routine materials without requiring custom design support.
Video and motion
· Edit and produce video for campaigns, social media, customer stories, product marketing, webinars, events, and other marketing programs.
· Create motion graphics, animated digital assets, titles, transitions, and other visual elements.
· Edit raw footage and prepare finished content for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
· Repurpose existing campaigns and content into video and motion formats.
· Maintain reusable video elements, intros, outros, lower thirds, title treatments, and other branded components.
· Work with external video and production partners when needed.
Events and field marketing
· Create visual assets for tradeshows, customer events, conferences, sponsorships, and field marketing programs.
· Design booth graphics, signage, digital displays, handouts, invitations, presentations, promotional materials, and supporting campaign creative.
· Carry a consistent campaign and brand experience across pre-event promotion, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
· Develop reusable event templates and assets for recurring marketing programs.
· Partner closely with the Events team to manage multiple creative deliverables and deadlines.
Brand stewardship and governance
· Serve as a steward of the VitalEdge visual brand across marketing channels and materials.
· Maintain brand standards across logos, typography, color, imagery, layouts, templates, photography, video, presentations, and digital assets.

· Develop templates for social media, events, campaigns, presentations, customer communications, digital graphics, and other recurring needs.
· Establish appropriate template controls so teams can customize content without compromising brand standards.
· Keep templates current as messaging, products, campaigns, and brand standards change.
· Identify repeat design requests that can be converted into self-service templates or reusable systems.
· Provide basic guidance and training so team members can use approved templates effectively.
Image, video and asset library management
· Maintain an organized, searchable library of approved photography, illustrations, icons, video, logos, campaign creative, and other visual assets.

· Manage approved stock imagery and licensed creative assets,

· Stay current with new design, video, presentation, and AI tools relevant to marketing.
· Apply appropriate quality, copyright, privacy, and brand standards to AI-assisted creative.
· Help establish consistent practices for how AI-generated and AI-assisted creative is used across Marketing.
Creative process and collaboration
· Participate in campaign planning and creative brainstorming, contributing ideas early in the process rather than only receiving finished design requests.
· Translate briefs into clear creative concepts and ask the right questions when requirements are incomplete.
· Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting agreed timelines.
· Maintain organized working files so another team member can easily locate and continue work if needed.
· Partner with agencies, freelancers, printers, video producers, and other outside creative resources when additional support is required.
