Influence is a PR and integrated marketing consulting firm. We partner with brands on PR, influencer marketing, and brand growth - with direct CEO involvement and high ownership for the people who deliver. This is not a back-office marketing seat.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a Senior Brand & PR Manager who can act as a second voice to our CEO. You own brands end to end, close PR and influencer deals, and show up as the face of the brand (and of Influence) in the room. By responsibility, not by title, you operate as an additional CEO for your brands. Internally this is Brand Head / Associate to the CEO energy. Publicly the title is Senior Brand & PR Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Complete brand ownership: strategy, positioning, execution, and growth - first brief to final result
- Face of the brand and of Influence at events, meetings, media interactions, and client pitches
- Build and close PR deals: media features, press coverage, partnerships
- Close and manage influencer deals: sourcing, negotiation, campaign execution, relationships
- Scale brand visibility and reputation with measurable results
- Upsell and cross-sell Influence services to existing brand clients
- Represent the CEO in meetings, networking, and brand-building forums when needed
- Step into any task a project demands - on-ground execution, last-minute fixes, late-night pushes

WHO YOU ARE

- 4 to 5+ years hands-on in brand management, PR, and/or influencer marketing
- Robust, active,



showable network across media, journalists, and influencers
- Confident, outspoken, well-spoken - presence to lead a room or a negotiation
- Street smart, resourceful, comfortable in ambiguity
- Been on the ground - rolled up sleeves, solved messy problems yourself
- Natural owner - takes responsibility without being asked; doesn't wait for instructions
- Independent, self-driven, comfortable making decisions quickly
- Open to frequent travel across India and occasionally abroad
- Comfortable with 6-day office / client-location work in Greater Noida West

- Willing to travel frequently - confirm in your application
- Willing to work 6 days from office / client location in Greater Noida West
- Comfortable with occasional evenings and weekends during launches and events
- Compensation expectation can work with ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month to start (plus incentives / ESOP path)

STAGE 2 - WRITTEN QUESTIONS (include in your application)
