Role Description The Senior Account Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for managing client accounts, monitoring financial transactions, and ensuring accurate invoicing and billing processes.

The Senior Account

Analyst will analyze account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and revenue optimization. Day-to-day activities include reconciling accounts, addressing client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.



The role also involves delivering professional customer service, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement in account management procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Foundational knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and account management practices.
- Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Hands-on experience with invoicing, billing reconciliation, and related financial documentation.
- Customer service skills to manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, accounting or ERP software, and general business productivity tools.
- High attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
