- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow processes and applications.
- Support existing ServiceNow implementations and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Deliver moderate-complexity features throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and solve business problems.
- Work with other developers to implement new features and integrations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow platform updates and technology trends.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical/technical training.
- 1–3 years of software development or platform configuration experience, including internships or academic projects.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, including objects, arrays, functions, scope, asynchronous patterns, and JSON.
- Familiarity with relational databases, including tables, keys, joins, and basic queries.
- Understanding of web technologies, including HTTP, REST APIs, HTML, and CSS.




- Exposure to Git and ticketing tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document work clearly.
- Ability to work within structured processes, including audit controls and change management.
