Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Bhuj. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supporting planning and scheduling of operations and maintenance activities, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting in resource allocation. The role involves preparing reports, supporting process improvements, and facilitating communication between management and on-site teams.



The Assistant Manager will also help train team members, resolve operational issues, and contribute to achieving project timelines and organizational goals. Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate operations, supervise teams, and support maintenance activities in an engineering or industrial environment.
• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and organizing work, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear reporting to management.
• Proficiency in using basic office and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation software) and comfort with learning technical systems used on site.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, industrial management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in renewable energy, mechanical or industrial operations, or O&M; environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work on site in Bhuj, adapt to field conditions, and maintain a proactive, safety-focused approach.
