Key Responsibilities
END-TO-END HR MANAGEMENT | HIRE TO RETIRE
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to separation and exit formalities.
• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition to meet organisational requirements.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, retention initiatives, and employee relations.
• Manage HR documentation, employee records, HRIS updates, and statutory compliance with applicable labour laws.




• Prepare and manage HR letters, including offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, and relieving letters.
• Handle employee queries, workplace concerns, and HR policies while fostering a positive work culture.
• Partner with leadership on people management, organisational development, and HR process improvement. ? Candidate Requirements
•

Experience:
5–8 years in end-to-end HR management.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and exit processes.
• Hands-on experience in HR operations, documentation, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
