Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with product information, sizes, availability, pricing, and order-related queries.
• Provide updates on order status, shipping, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch, and internal teams to resolve customer issues.




• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain the brand's reputation. ✅

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
• Positive written communication skills for handling emails and WhatsApp messages.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp.
• A polite, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage customer queries efficiently.
• Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, or fashion retail is preferred but not mandatory.
