Role Description The SAP Signavio Architect / Techno-Functional Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Signavio-based solutions for business process management and transformation. In this role, the consultant collaborates with business and IT stakeholders to capture requirements, model end-to-end business processes, and align them with SAP solution architecture. Typical day-to-day tasks include configuring SAP Signavio, defining integration approaches with SAP and non-SAP systems, guiding process improvements, and documenting solution designs and standards. The consultant supports project delivery through workshops, demonstrations, and technical guidance, and provides ongoing advisory support on best practices for process governance and optimization. The role also involves working with cross-functional teams,



supporting testing and deployment activities, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Business Process modeling, analysis, and optimization, with experience using SAP Signavio or similar process management tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Basis and related technical components to support system performance, stability, and secure integrations.
• Consulting skills including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and preparation of clear documentation and recommendations.
• Solution Architecture experience in designing end-to-end SAP and SAP Signavio solutions, including integration patterns and alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Integration skills covering SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-non-SAP interfaces, APIs, and data flows to enable seamless business processes.
• Relevant experience in SAP ecosystems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform) and familiarity with business process transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical and process solutions.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in remote, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in SAP or process management are a plus.
