- 2 Years Are you a Growth Marketer who understands the EdTech landscape inside out? EaseToLearn is on a mission to make learning engaging, accessible, and effective through technology. We are currently looking for a performance-driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of our customer acquisition, optimize our marketing funnels, and drive measurable revenue growth. IMPORTANT: This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on performance marketing experience within the EdTech / E-Learning sector. If you do not have EdTech experience, your application will not be considered. What You Will Do:
• Drive Growth: Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies aligned with our revenue targets.

• Campaign Mastery: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
•
• Acquisition & Lead Gen: Generate highly qualified student/customer leads while actively reducing CAC and CPL.
•
• Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor marketing funnels and track metrics like ROAS, CPA, and CTR using Google Analytics 4.
•
• Budget Ownership: Manage marketing budgets, conduct A/B testing on creatives and landing pages, and optimize for maximum ROI.
•
• Collaborate: Work closely with SEO, content,



and sales teams to align campaigns with our core business objectives.
• Who We Are Looking For:
• Industry Background: Mandatory experience in EdTech, e-learning, or education services focusing on admissions, subscriptions, or student inquiries.

Experience:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in growth/performance marketing (Note: General social media or content coordination profiles are not suitable for this hands-on role).

• Technical

Skills:
Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, conversion tracking, and campaign attribution.

• Mindset: Highly analytical problem-solver who makes data-backed decisions and thrives on measurable targets.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (MBA/PGDM preferred).
