Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri for a 2D Animation and Motion Graphics Designer. The designer will create 2D animations and motion graphics for educational videos, digital learning materials, and promotional content aligned with Yellowstone Education’s brand and pedagogy. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual narratives, designing assets and graphics, animating characters and objects, editing video sequences, and preparing files for various platforms. The role also involves collaborating with writers, editors, and educators to translate educational concepts into clear and engaging visual content,



while maintaining project timelines and quality standards. The salary range for this position is 18,000 to 20,000, depending upon experience. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for educational, explainer, or promotional content.
• Experience with Video Production workflows, including editing, compositing, and exporting for different formats.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating digital Graphics for print and digital media.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent).
• Ability to develop storyboards, animatics, and visual concepts from scripts or educational outlines.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and ability to work within brand and style guidelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a team-based environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Animation, Design, Multimedia, or a related field; prior experience in educational or publishing content is an advantage.
