In this role, the Human Resource Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination for a digital marketing-focused workforce. The position involves maintaining and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards. The Human Resource Executive will handle employee relations activities such as conflict resolution, grievance handling,



and facilitating employee engagement initiatives tailored to a creative and fast-paced agency environment.
