Position Summary: Seeking experienced AI Integration Engineers to support the design, development, and integration of next-generation healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in software engineering, hands-on experience with AI technologies, and the ability to integrate complex healthcare data and systems. Exposure to healthcare interoperability standards and modern AI platforms will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and support integrated technology solutions leveraging AI and cloud-based platforms.
• Collaborate with business, clinical, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure healthcare solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems, applications, and data platforms.
• Develop and optimize workflows utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Work with data platforms such as Snowflake to ingest, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured healthcare data.
• Implement best practices for software engineering, system design, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to innovation initiatives involving AI-driven healthcare applications.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy,



and compliance requirements in a healthcare workplace.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing enhancement of integration and AI solutions. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of software engineering and engineering fundamentals, including:
• Object-oriented programming
• API development and integration
• System architecture and design patterns
• Data structures and algorithms
• CI/CD and DevOps principles
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Agentic AI frameworks
• AI-powered application development
• Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Integration Engineering.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards including:
• HL7
• FHIR
• Experience integrating healthcare systems such as EHRs, EMRs, practice management, or revenue cycle platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of healthcare data governance, HIPAA, and security best practices.
• Experience with API management, middleware solutions, and event-driven architecture. Nice-to-Have Skills
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with AI orchestration tools and frameworks.
• Exposure to machine learning operations (MLOps).
• Experience building healthcare data pipelines and interoperability solutions. Success Factors
