Quick Rank Media is a digital marketing agency delivering content, outreach and SEO campaigns for clients across the US and UK. We're hiring a remote Project Manager to own delivery end to end.

What you'll do
* Run client campaigns from brief to delivery — scoping, scheduling, and keeping writers, editors and outreach staff on track
* Be the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients: status updates, timelines, scope changes
* Build and maintain the delivery pipeline in our PM toool
* Catch slipping deadlines before the client does
* Report weekly on throughput, blockers and margin per account What you need?
* Must Have
- PMAI: Project Management Artificial Intelligence Certification From Neural Project Institute (we will ask you to add the certificate link during the application)
* No experience required (we will train first)
* Fluent written English — you'll be client-facing in writing every day
* Four hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time
* Reliable internet and a quiet working setup
* Fully remote, permanent position
