Maintain a clear reconciliation between entity-level accounting systems and consolidated management reporting. Month-End & Financial Reporting Own the monthly financial close calendar and ensure that financial reporting is completed accurately and within established deadlines. Prepare and present a comprehensive Monthly Financial Reporting Package to the Executive Committee. Reporting should include, at minimum:

Audit Management Act as a primary finance contact for external auditors across EvonSys locations. Independently conduct discussions with auditors and accounting advisors in different countries and confidently explain EvonSys's accounting practices, financial statements, transactions, controls, and supporting documentation. Coordinate annual financial and statutory audits across EvonSys entities. Manage audit schedules, PBC requests, reconciliations, supporting documentation, auditor questions, and management responses. Track audit observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented within agreed timelines. Maintain continuous audit readiness rather than treating audit preparation as a year-end activity. Financial Controls & Process Improvement Establish and continuously improve financial controls across the organization. Identify weaknesses, inconsistencies, manual dependencies, reconciliation gaps, and accounting risks. Standardize accounting processes across EvonSys entities wherever practical. Develop appropriate controls around journal entries, revenue recognition, expenses, payments, bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting. Be prepared to independently present monthly financial performance to senior leadership and respond to detailed questions regarding revenue, profitability, costs, working capital, cash flow, and balance-sheet movements. Escalate financial risks and accounting issues proactively rather than waiting for them to become material problems. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, banking, due diligence, and other strategic finance initiatives as required. Required Qualifications The successful candidate should be a qualified/certified accounting professional, preferably: Chartered Accountant (CA) or an equivalent internationally recognized professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA. Measures of Success Success in this role will be measured by the Controller's ability to:

This position is suited to an accounting leader who combines the discipline of a strong Controller with the urgency, ownership, and communication skills required in a rapidly growing global technology organization.
