About the Role
Revee Infotech is looking for an enthusiastic, well-organized, and confident IT Project Coordinator to support the execution of IT Infrastructure and System Integration projects. Freshers are welcome Prior technical experience is not mandatory. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, robust follow-up abilities, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with clients, field engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track project activities, installation schedules, and deadlines.
• Follow up on material dispatch, deliveries, and site readiness.
• Maintain project trackers, Excel sheets, daily progress reports, and documentation.
• Schedule engineer visits and coordinate site activities.
• Prepare meeting notes, status updates,



and project completion reports.
• Escalate delays and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Assist with IT infrastructure projects involving networking, firewalls, Wi-Fi, CCTV, structured cabling, and data center solutions. What We're Looking For✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English) ✅ Good coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills ✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication ✅ Ability to multitask and manage deadlines ✅ Qualified attitude and willingness to learn ✅ Basic IT knowledge is an advantage, but not mandatory Qualification: Graduate / Diploma Holder
