Core Responsibilities
• You will automate platform deployments and environment provisioning.
• You will build Infrastructure as Code for shared AI services.
• You will operate reliable model-serving and inference platforms.
• You will manage capacity, scaling, releases, and rollbacks.
• You will implement comprehensive monitoring, tracing, alerting, and dashboards.
• You will optimize platform consumption and operating costs. Strategic Responsibilities
• You will improve platform reliability, security, and operational predictability.
• You will lead incident response and root-cause remediation.
• You will maintain audit-ready operational and security controls.
• You will automate repetitive or error-prone operational processes.




• You will evaluate AI-assisted and traditional engineering approaches. Team & Collaboration
• You will onboard models and integrations with engineering partners.

• You will support production services through on-call participation. What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role? Experience, Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of platform engineering experience.
• Production experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Machine Learning Operations.
• Experience supporting regulated or audit-controlled environments is advantageous. Technical Skills
• Cloud infrastructure, containers, Kubernetes, and orchestration.
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery automation.
• Infrastructure as Code and Git-based development.
• Large Language Model deployment or MCP, monitoring, and cost management.
• Security, identity, networking, and secrets management.
• Graphics Processing Unit capacity and inference optimization.
• Financial Operations, vector databases, and retrieval platforms. Soft Skills
