Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Articled Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will work closely with senior professionals and gain practical experience across multiple areas of accounting, audit, taxation and financial advisory.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in statutory audits, tax audits and other assurance assignments.
• Support income tax return preparation and tax compliance.
• Assist in GST return filing, reconciliations and related compliance.
• Handle accounting, bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements.
• Assist with ROC filings and other corporate regulatory compliances.
• Participate in financial analysis, due diligence and business advisory assignments.
• Conduct financial reconciliations,



documentation and preparation of working papers. Eligibility & Desired Skills
• CA Intermediate / IPCC cleared candidates eligible for articleship under ICAI guidelines.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and basic taxation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and accounting software.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• High levels of integrity, discipline and professional commitment.
