· Full-time BAVA Studios is a D2C streetwear label built for young India. We're hiring someone to own the journey from cart to doorstep. This is a target-based role.
What you'll do
• Make ATC (abandoned cart) conversion calls and hit monthly sales targets
• Book and track shipments on Shiprocket & Delhivery: AWBs, pickups, NDRs and RTOs
• Manage inventory and keep stock accurate on the website
• Resolve customer complaints across calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and email What you need
• Hands-on experience with Shiprocket and/or Delhivery
• 1+ year in e-commerce sales, tele-calling, customer support or dispatch
• Confident on calls in Hindi and English, and comfortable working to targets Pay ₹10,000/month fixed + 10% commission on every converted order (paid on delivered orders, no cap)
