Responsibilities:
- Handle cash application activities, including posting and applying customer payments to the appropriate invoices.
- Reconcile customer accounts and identify payment discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve unapplied and unidentified cash.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- A degree in Finance or a related field.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
