Role Description The Content Writer at VAPTICS will create clear, engaging, and technically accurate content that explains IT support and security testing services to small and growing businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing website copy, blog posts, client education materials, case studies, and marketing content aligned with the company’s voice and brand. The role involves collaborating with technical and business teams to translate complex concepts into accessible language, conducting research on IT and security topics, and developing content ideas that support lead generation and customer education. The Content Writer will also be responsible for proofreading and editing content for clarity, consistency, and correctness. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to produce concise, user-friendly content for digital audiences.
• Candidates should possess experience in Content Strategy and Research to plan, structure, and develop content that supports business goals and informs target audiences.
• Candidates should possess solid Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all written materials.
• Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to explain technical topics in simple, inclusive language.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using common content and collaboration tools (e.g., word processors, content management systems, project management tools), and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; experience writing about technology, cybersecurity, or B2B services is an advantage.
