Role Description The School Principal role at The Guardian English School is a full-time, in office position based in Kasaragod. The Principal will oversee daily school operations, including academic programs, student services, and staff management, while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment. Responsibilities include leading curriculum implementation, supporting teachers through observation and feedback, and monitoring student progress and outcomes. The Principal will also engage with families and the wider community, manage admissions and examinations, and ensure compliance with regulatory and board requirements. In addition,



the Principal will drive school improvement initiatives, manage budgets and resources, and promote the school’s vision and values through effective communication and leadership. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Educational Leadership skills, including the ability to guide staff, manage school operations, and foster a positive school culture.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Curriculum Development and Education, with experience designing, implementing, and evaluating academic programs.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging students, staff, families, and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess knowledge and experience related to Middle School education, including age-appropriate pedagogy and student support.
• Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field, and prior experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or senior academic coordinator.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a school setting, manage multiple priorities, use educational technology, and uphold child safeguarding and inclusive education practices.
