Sage ERP & Warehouse Management (WMS) Implementation Consultant Client: Constructions Industry Job Details: Must-have skills
• Hands-on Sage ERP implementation (5+ years in Sage ERP/WMS preferred)
• Warehouse and inventory management: receiving, put-away, picking, replenishment, shipping
• Warehouse location and bin design: zones, aisles, racks, levels, bins; primary, secondary and loose-each locations
• Units of Measure setup and conversions (base UOM as each, with case and carton conversions)
• Item master data: dimensions, weights, cartons, pallet configurations and pallet calculations
• Barcode scanning and mobile warehouse solutions, plus integrating them with Sage
• Inventory allocation and availability, including allocation rules for specific customers
• Strong Excel and data analysis, including turning demand-planning spreadsheets into ERP requirements
• Full implementation lifecycle: requirements workshops, process flows, functional specs,



configuration, data cleansing, testing/UAT, training, go-live
• Stakeholder management with warehouse managers, supply chain, IT and vendors Preferred skills
• Scanforce, especially its receiving and picking processes
• Retail/e-commerce channel experience with Amazon, Walmart or Chewy (marketplace compliance and allocation)
• ERP/WMS integrations with third-party applications
• Demand-planning process review Soft

Hands-on approach, able to connect business processes with ERP technology, solid communication and documentation, problem-solving. Note: The candidates who fit best will have Sage + Scanforce + bin/UOM setup + Amazon/Walmart/Chewy allocation all on one profile. Someone who has done Sage alone with no WMS work is a weak match for this role.
