Role Summary The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for driving automated quality assurance practices across enterprise applications and digital platforms. The role focuses on test strategy, automated testing, release readiness, quality governance, and AI-assisted test automation to ensure high-quality and reliable software delivery. This position requires a strong automation-first mindset with hands-on expertise in building and maintaining automated UI, API, regression, and end-to-end testing frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will leverage modern testing tools, AI-assisted automation capabilities, and best practices to improve product quality and delivery efficiency. Scope Of Work &

Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive team-level quality engineering strategy, test approach, and risk-based testing plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI, API, regression, and end-to-end test frameworks.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and release automation.
• Review, validate, and govern AI-generated test cases, test data, and automation assets before implementation.
• Validate AI-enabled application features and ensure outputs align with business requirements and source data.
• Support release readiness activities, quality gates, defect governance, and deployment validation.
• Monitor and improve automation coverage, test reliability, quality metrics, and engineering effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
• Maintain test traceability, execution evidence, and quality reporting throughout the SDLC.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across test automation, quality engineering, and AI-assisted testing practices. Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.




• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python for automation development.
• Experience developing automated UI, API, regression, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Strong experience with Postman and Newman for API testing.
• Experience integrating automated testing within Azure DevOps Pipelines and/or GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans and requirements traceability.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and quality assurance best practices.
• Experience supporting release validation, defect management, and quality governance processes.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience testing OutSystems applications and solutions.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
• Exposure to cloud-based applications and DevOps delivery models.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing concepts.
• Experience with enterprise application integrations and API ecosystems.

• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience using AI-assisted testing and automation tools.
• Experience generating test cases, automation scripts, and test data through AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to review, validate, and optimize AI-generated testing assets.
• Experience validating AI-enabled application features against business rules and source data.
• Knowledge of self-healing automation frameworks and flaky test management practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, security, privacy,
