Role Description The Operations Manager at Kalpdrum Hospitality oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, consistent quality, and an excellent guest experience. This full time, on-site role in Ahmedabad includes supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, managing staff schedules, and monitoring adherence to service standards and hygiene protocols. The Operations Manager coordinates with the kitchen and service teams to optimize workflow, manages inventory and vendor relationships, and ensures cost-effective use of resources. The role also involves handling guest feedback, resolving operational issues, supporting training and performance reviews,



and implementing process improvements that align with Kalpdrum Hospitality’s brand and culinary vision. Qualifications
• Experience in hospitality operations, including restaurant or food service management, with strong understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house workflows.
• Skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and people management, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop diverse teams.
• Competence in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, including inventory control, vendor coordination, and cost management.
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene standards in hospitality, and experience implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat Gujarat
• adapt to fast-paced environments, and respond effectively to operational challenges.
• Proficiency with basic office and point-of-sale (POS) systems; experience with hospitality management software is an advantage.
• Prior experience as an Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role in hospitality; a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
