Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Private Banker role based in the Greater Delhi Area, focused on serving HNI, UHNI, and Family Office clients with portfolios of USD 5 million and above. The Senior Private Banker will originate, manage, and deepen client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on investment, wealth preservation, and estate planning needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client profiles, designing bespoke asset allocation strategies, and recommending appropriate investment products aligned with Centrum Wealth’s open architecture platform. The role requires ongoing portfolio monitoring, performance reviews, and proactive communication to ensure client objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements are met.



The Senior Private Banker will collaborate with internal product, research, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions, ensure seamless execution, and support business growth through new client acquisition and referrals. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Private Banking and relationship management for HNI, UHNI, and Family Office clients, with a proven track record of managing portfolios of USD 5 million and above.
• Solid foundation in Finance and Investments, with the ability to evaluate products across asset classes and construct diversified portfolios.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Financial Planning and Asset Allocation, including risk profiling, portfolio construction, and periodic rebalancing.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory within established financial institutions.
• Advanced understanding of capital markets, mutual funds, alternative investments, and structured products; familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and high ethical standards.
• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or similar are an advantage.
