Remote (Delhi-based) Type: Freelance / Part time, retainer-based Reports to: Founder About El Lo Bell El Lo Bell is a Delhi-based handcrafted fashion accessories brand, known for destination-inspired, handcrafted bags made from canvas and raffia. We’re building our Instagram presence as a core growth channel and need someone who can be the face and the engine behind it. What you’ll do
• Be on camera. You’re comfortable shooting Reels, trying on products, talking to a lens, and showing up as a recognizable face for the brand page.
• Plan and execute content strategy for Instagram (and other platforms as needed): Reels, carousels, stories, trends.
• Build and own the monthly content calendar, aligned with launches, collections, and campaigns.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content (basic editing skills required; raw styling/shoot direction included).
• Coordinate with influencers: outreach, briefing, gifting/collab logistics, content collection, posting coordination.
• Handle day-to-day social media management: posting, captions, community replies, DMs.




• Coordinate closely with the marketing team on paid ad creative needs, product drops, and campaign timing.
• Track what’s working (reach, engagement, saves) and adjust content direction accordingly. Who you are
• Not camera-shy; you’ve created personal or brand content before and are comfortable being the face of a page.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and what performs on Instagram right now.
• Organized, can run a content calendar and hit posting consistency without hand-holding.
• Has handled influencer coordination before (outreach, negotiation, follow-ups).
• Comfortable working with a small, fast-moving team and taking direction on brand tone.
• Based in Delhi or able to come in for shoots regularly. Nice to have
• Experience with fashion/accessories or D2C brands specifically.
• Basic shooting + editing on phone (CapCut, Reels editor, etc.); no fancy gear required.
• An existing personal following or demonstrated growth on a page you’ve run.
