Role Description This is a full-time, in office Accounts Executive (Tally) / Tally Accountant role based in Jharsuguda, Odisha. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, including sales, purchase, expense, and journal vouchers. Responsibilities include maintaining ledgers, preparing invoices, reconciling bank and vendor accounts, and supporting GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation. The Accounts Executive will assist in preparing basic financial reports, tracking receivables and payables, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as vendors, customers, and auditors.



The role also requires maintaining accurate records, organizing supporting documents, and ensuring timely data entry and filing. Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP or Tally Prime, with hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting entries and ledger management.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes, including documentation and record-keeping.
• Solid MS Excel and basic computer skills for maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and digital records.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, customers, and auditors.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to maintain organized records under timelines.
• Preferred qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an accounting role within an industrial, trading, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
