We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for working like an entrepreneur/ problem solver alongside me (Puneet, CoFounder of YourDOST). This role is for someone who is creative, self motivated and loves solving problems. Roles & Responsibilities
• Work with leaders to set strategic priorities: Identify key areas which require attention, establish governance on key metrics to evaluate and ensure progress of those.
• Identify problems limiting the growth of various functions/ projects and problem solve to develop strategies/ solutions and implement them with the team.
• Determine key performance indicators for the company and update dashboards as needed.
• Oversee large cross-functional, organization-wide projects or initiatives; bring together important stakeholders and help drive decisions.
• Research, perform benchmarking, analyse data, and make recommendations.




• Design new systems and processes to streamline operations & company goals.
• Ownership for scale up of one or more existing or new initiatives/ experiments.
• Owning the complete P&L; and targets for the initiatives.
• Building and managing the team which works in the said initiative (post a certain level of scaleup). Requirements
• Must have exceptional problem solving skills
• Prior Entrepreneurial/ Consulting experience would be preferred.
• Must have a Generalist mindset with experience and ability to manage projects/ problems in different functions.
• Must have excellent written & oral communication skills to be able to coordinate and work with different teams for various training initiatives.
