The Solar Expert will design, evaluate, and optimize solar power systems for diverse customer requirements, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting site assessments, preparing system layouts and sizing, coordinating installation teams, and monitoring system performance. The role involves providing technical support to sales and service teams, educating customers on solar solutions, and contributing to product improvements through feedback and field insights.



The Solar Expert will also document projects, maintain technical records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality energy solutions. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of solar power systems, including Solar Power and Solar Systems, and their design, installation, and maintenance.
• Experience in the Solar Industry, with understanding of market trends, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Ability to conduct technical site assessments, load calculations, and performance analysis using relevant software tools.
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work safely in on-site environments.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and guiding customers through technical concepts.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed and adhere to company safety and quality standards.
