Sales Head, Archive 168 Bangalore | Full time Archive 168 is a women's fragrance label built around scent as emotional memory. Each fragrance is anchored to a season, a feeling or a moment, and carries that story through to the customer. Fragrance is a category that rewards proximity. Much of how the brand grows will happen in person, through the spaces it shows up in and the relationships built around them. We are looking for a Sales Head to lead this work. The role owns offline revenue across in-person brand experiences, multi-brand store placements, corporate and wedding gifting, and the partnerships that sit alongside them. It also involves representing the brand in conversations with retail buyers, investors and press. The right candidate brings a strong record in sales leadership within beauty, lifestyle or hospitality, sound commercial judgement, and a strong network.
