Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and onboard current riders for clients signed with the company.
• Daily attendance, order assignment, and order management from riders to be completed within SLA
• Rider management, new areas expansion, rider allotment, and rider issue handling
• Rider App and process Training




• Rider Payouts and payment issue handling
• Handling Rider escalations
• B2B Order management
• Handling B2B vendors
• Maintaining Riders availability
• Creating and updating Rider Reports
• Fleet team performance management

Requirements:
• Should be a street-smart, adaptable hustler, and always on-the-go attitude.
• Should be ready to work and adapt to different working conditions.
• Experience level
- minimum 1 year of fleet management mandatory.
• Salary
- Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 38000 (please do not apply if the salary does not match criteria)
• B2B experience added advantage.
