About the Role
We are looking for an industry-experienced Aviation Faculty member with practical knowledge of aviation ground operations and a strong interest in teaching and mentoring aspiring aviation professionals. The role involves delivering industry-oriented training, providing practical learning experiences, and guiding students in developing the knowledge and skills required for careers in the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver training in aviation operations, airport ground handling, customer service, cargo operations, aviation safety, and airport management.
• Integrate practical industry knowledge and operational experience into classroom sessions.
• Conduct lectures, workshops, practical sessions, and simulation-based learning activities.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and student evaluation reports.




• Guide students in interview preparation, internships, and aviation career opportunities.
• Maintain academic records and uphold teaching and training standards.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of training modules.
• Participate in academic meetings, seminars, institutional events, and student engagement activities. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), preferably specializing in Aviation, Airline Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of full time professional experience in the airline or aviation industry, preferably in managerial or operational leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of aviation industry practices, regulations, operational procedures, and current developments.
• Established professional connections within the aviation industry and the ability to engage with relevant stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to apply industry expertise in academic instruction, professional training, and student development.
