Our training is built around live projects and real world tools, so that learners are job ready from Day 1. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to lead classroom batches at our Aligarh Center. You will combine hands-on campaign experience with clear teaching, and help students build the skills and portfolios needed to succeed in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver on site training in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing and Analytics (GA4)
• Teach students to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for keyword research, content creation, campaign optimization and reporting
• Conduct practical, project-based sessions using live tools and real campaign scenarios
• Design assignments, assessments and case studies, and provide structured feedback
• Mentor students through doubt-clearing sessions, mock interviews and portfolio building
• Keep the curriculum current with platform updates, AI tools and industry trends
• Maintain batch attendance and performance records, and report progress to the management Required Qualifications and Skills
• Hands on experience running Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)



and Meta Ads campaigns with real budgets
• Strong working knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
• Proficiency in GA4 and conversion tracking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply in Hinglish
• A structured, data-driven approach to problem solving Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in teaching, training or mentoring
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, email marketing, marketing automation and WordPress
• Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or HubSpot
