Mid SAP SF PMGM Consultant

Position Summary

We are seeking a Mid SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of enterprise performance and goal management solutions. This role will serve as a functional expert and trusted advisor to HR, People Technology, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the configuration and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management, including forms, goal plans, route maps, rating scales, competencies, workflows, and notifications.
- Design solutions supporting SMART goals, OKRs, KPIs, cascading goals, goal libraries, and organizational alignment.
- Lead annual, mid-year, and other performance review cycles from planning and configuration through launch, completion, and post-cycle assessment.
- Configure continuous feedback, activity tracking, 360-degree reviews, calibration sessions, matrix grids, and distribution guidelines.
- Configure and maintain Role-Based Permissions, permission groups, roles, and target populations to support appropriate security and access.
- Lead requirements workshops and translate complex business needs into scalable functional designs and system configurations.
- Manage relevant Admin Center settings and XML or data model changes where applicable.
- Validate SAP SuccessFactors releases and assess functional, security, integration, reporting, and business impacts.
- Evaluate and support SAP Joule, AI writing assistance, skills-based assessments, and other applicable AI capabilities.
- Support Talent Intelligence Hub and the alignment of skills and competencies across talent processes.
- Develop functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test plans,



documentation, and training materials.
- Provide functional leadership, stakeholder guidance, and knowledge transfer to project and support teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3-7 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with significant hands-on expertise in Performance and Goal Management.
- Current SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management certification.
- Deep knowledge of performance review cycles, SMART goals, OKRs, continuous feedback, 360-degree reviews, competencies, and calibration.
- Advanced experience with PMGM configuration, Role-Based Permissions, Admin Center settings, and XML configuration where applicable.
- Experience leading requirements, solution design, testing, release validation, data migration, integrations, deployment, and production support.
- Robust analytical, consulting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- At least two full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementations in a senior or lead capacity.
- Experience with Talent Intelligence Hub, SAP Joule, AI writing assistance, and skills-based talent processes.
- Knowledge of Employee Central, Compensation, Succession, Continuous Performance Management, Learning, Integration Center, or SAP BTP.
- Experience supporting global or complex enterprise environments.
